Bistro

All bookings made from the 12th of April to 17th May will be allocated in our outside dining area either at the front of our property or down the side in the courtyard. We ask that you arrive no more than 5 minutes prior to your booking, as we have a strict time allocation for all reservations. Our team will deep clean all tables between bookings, so please allow us some time to do this. Your table will be reserved for no more than 1.5 hours for regular bookings, 2 hours for afternoon tea and bottomless brunch. We no longer allow customers to stand at the bar, once seated please remain at your table unless using the toilet.

Bookings are currently being taken for a maximum of 6 people. Please note if your family support bubble is more than 6 people, get in touch with our team directly on where we will be able to advise further.

Our team from 24th September will be wearing a face-covering to serve you, please respect this by also wearing one when you are not dining.

Bedrooms

Please note that once your bedroom has been cleaned for your arrival it will be sealed once sanitised.

Our team will not be refreshing your bedrooms unless by request- at this point it will be the hotels and staff members discretion should this go ahead.

Of course, we will be more than happy to provide you with any extras you require in your bedroom, please make reception aware.

We have also limited some amenities and soft furnishings in your bedrooms, this is to prevent any spread of the virus- we apologise for any inconvenience this may cause.

Upon check-in and moving around the hotel, we do request that a face mask is worn to protect us, our customers and yourselves. Thank you in advance for your co-operation.
